Most students receive a quality education and have a generally positive experience.\u00a0 In the event, however, that a resident of the CNMI enrolled in an online program at a public or private college or university physically located in another state believes the institution\u2019s administrative processes or educational programs are compromised, the Office of the Consumer Counsel (OCC) should be notified.\u00a0 A complaint may be filed in writing by visiting our website and completing the online form.\u00a0 You may also contact our office directly by phone or email at:<\/p>\n

On behalf of CNMI student residents, OCC will evaluate complaints, identify the appropriate accrediting agency or government entity to handle the complaint, and request a response from the entity regarding the final disposition of the complaint.<\/p>\n
